I want to put mine up for you all, but I don't know how I'll be able to record it. Aftermarket cat 2.5" pipe Morgan-Tec 2.5" single in/out, dumps out underneath the truck after the rear axle. I like my exhaust stealth lol. If not a clip, I'll at least get photos...

See if this works. My camera can record some video, but for one reason or another it would stop recording. One of these clips has a squeak at the end, don't worry it's not the truck it's a bird lol...

Here's the other one. These were both bad videos but after trying a few times this was the best I could do. Enjoy!

My truck is at the shop right now getting it's exhaust redone. I will have a before and after post in here eventually with videos. The new version is hopefully going to be considerably quieter. I just hope he finishes it today. He said he was going to be kind of busy. Dual 2.25" all the way back exiting near stock location on passenger side. Perfect for my current setup imo.

Thanks. I hope I don't hear it! haha

It was just too loud for me with a side exit. Drove me nuts. I like to hear my radio. I really hope it is a lot quieter. It will still be plenty loud in the upper RPM's though.

It will still have enough I'm sure. Yeah, those side exits are brutal

For anyone who had problems viewing my clips I just received email from putfile that they have been converted for web. I didn't realize it took so long but sorry to anyone who clicked on them before and had to wait 8,249 minutes to see anything...

I finally got around to making one for my X
As you can see, I have the Mazda rims on, I'll eventually have some "Ford" centercaps to go with them. I just have to get around to finding some

4.0 OHV, "el cheapo" airbox mod and Flowmaster 40 on stock piping

The batteries on my camera were going dead and it was hot as a lit fart outside.

I'm trying to our new DVD camcorder to load the videos to my computer so ya'll can hear what the 4.0 sounds like with no muffler. :sneaky:

Oh and I want to throw in a clip of my dad's '78 Ford with his 400M loping its (censored...i know i know) off! The truck rocks back and forth at idle. It may look like (censored again...I see) but the drivetrain on that thing is sick.

Oh yeah what's the best place to put my videos?

Sounds awesome Jon!!

I really like the sound of your's too Matt. :t: How would it sound comparatively if I kept stock piping with the Morgan-tech muffler? I'm considering both the Morgan-tech like you have or the Dynomax SuperTurbo like Russ has. How much did the Morgan-tech run you?

Flo Pro?? What kind of price range and how do they sound? I don't want anything too loud or excessive...

here is the site--http://www.flopro.com/FloPro.htm I'll look for the online retailer--the company is all about the muffler shops, so it is hard to find a good online dealer I found one, and I am going to get one from them, as my muffler shop is not a dealer- they are around 60-75 bux-- I am going with a custom y pipe, and single 3"in and out going up to to 3.5" out back-- For yours, I'd recommend the dual in single out 2.5" forget about dual exhaust---This is just my personal recommendation. Don't want to start a war--

EDIT!!!!

Here is the on-line retailer--http://www.fle-online.com/Mufflers.asp

Cool. I'm not really ready to do a full cat-back set-up yet though, so I'd probably be stickin' with the stock 2.25" piping...and just change the muffler (for now).
