The Saleen XP6 isn't what you would exactly call "significant" - it's basically an Explorer with only a few minor performance modifications and of course the Saleen bodykit. Other than the bodykit, anyone can easily slap in a new exhaust, a supercharger, an air intake kit and outperform the XP6. Of course, it still has its appeal. These front disc brakes were eventually recalled and replaced with stock Explorer calipers, again due to lack of structural integrity.
